I called Comfort Specialists with an emergency during off-hours, and they had someone at my house within an hour. Not only did the service provider spend two hours analyzing my heating system, but he thoroughly explained all my options, with pricing, to me. He was back the very next day to fix everything. On top of that, I had an unrelated water leak in my basement while he was working, and he helped me stop the leak, which prevented a flood in my basement. He kindly guided me in the right direction with who to call for that problem. Then, he took the time to talk to that guy when he arrived to fix the leak! I can’t say enough good things about Comfort Specialists!
